Livingston Parish Council held its Dec. 4, 2025 regular meeting. The council approved housekeeping bond language, the 2026 budget, several contract resolutions including hazard-mitigation generators and a construction-management contract for the $80 million Better Roads bond, denied a rezoning request after public comment about flooding and sewage, named an unnamed road and reappointed a fire district board member.
