Livingston Parish Council met Nov. 20, 2025. The council introduced an ordinance on bond redemption, approved DOTD detour routing for a Lockhart Road bridge replacement, approved a $15,000 contract amendment to finish the Unified Development Code, approved a $15,000 payment to the Livingston Parish Airport District for an FAA study (7–2), adopted a property-acquisition ordinance under a flood mitigation grant, approved multiple zoning and subdivision actions, and approved a $49,000 settlement in Deer Run litigation using insurance proceeds.
