At its Dec. 3, 2025 regular meeting, the Sandpoint City Council awarded a design contract for downtown revitalization phase 3 to Welch Comer Engineers, debated reinstating a city administrator, tabled major design decisions for Cedar Street reconstruction to Dec. 17, approved the final plat for University Park Phase 3, and accepted Bonner Countys canvas confirming three council winners and passage of a wastewater revenue bond.
