Gallatin City Planning Commission held its Oct. 27, 2025 meeting and approved a series of site-plan and master-development amendments, including a minor amendment for the Windsong residential project that reduced a paved transition from 20 to 5 feet and added trail wayfinding signage. The commission also approved site plans for a GDE substation expansion, Edmonton State Bank parking addition, a Wawa convenience store, Premier Academy master plan and a Lowe's temporary outdoor sales display with conditions and amendments. Several items drew applicant presentations and questions from commissioners about traffic, trail accessibility, and screening/temporary storage details.
