Millbrae City Council held its Dec. 9, 2025 meeting where the council adopted two consent items, outgoing Mayor Anders Fung delivered remarks summarizing the past two years, and the council unanimously nominated and sworn in Reuben Holiver as mayor and Steven Rinaldi as vice mayor.
