Brenda Magnan, chair of the Milford Inland Wetlands Commission, called the regular meeting to order and asked Lisa to call the roll; Commissioners Steve Munson and Matthew Connors were noted as excused.
The Milford Inland Wetlands Commission met Dec. 3, 2025, to consider three land-use items: an update on Wheelish Farms redevelopment (IW2050054), a revised 8-30g proposal for Vic Drive (IW250061), and a backyard pool, pervious paver patio, and shed legalization at 44 Settlers Ridge (IW250068). The commission approved a jurisdictional ruling for the pool and related work, took no action on the two larger developments pending engineer review, and set a follow-up meeting for Dec. 17, 2025.
