Smith presented a proclamation to a girls soccer team; residents raised civility, housing and short-term rental concerns during public comment; the board appointed Sonia Bannon; approved a 4-year Constellation electricity supply agreement and several local ordinances and grants; and approved a revenue agreement tied to the Milford power plant after a 9-6 roll call vote.
