The City of Tampa Variance Review Board held its Dec. 9 hearing at Old City Hall. The board heard roughly two dozen variance requests ranging from small residential setbacks and accessory structures to a commercial electronic messaging sign; the board approved or continued multiple items and bifurcated a contested lot/cover dispute at 1011 W. Mohawk.
