The Oroville Art Commission met to review three proposals for a required mural at Hewitt Park, received a public comment withdrawing a ghost-sign application, discussed remaining art-fund balances and several future public-art projects, and voted to advance the Rainforest Art Project proposal subject to staff negotiating a lower price.
