The board approved multiple procurement awards for the countys new facility, reviewed a $3.69 million accounts-payable list while flagging contingency and capital-fund pressure, and debated a disputed moving invoice and mail/address problems at the new building. The board also approved an inmate administrative transfer and moved to nonpublic session.
