The board amended the agenda, approved vendor invoices and consent items, heard quarterly reports on public safety and a mobility plan (which it authorized to proceed), directed staff to obtain a legal opinion on a recent land disposition, approved change orders on the Broadway utility burial project, and approved a term lease for a marina restaurant at $30/sq ft.
