The Tomball City Council met Dec. 15, 2025, to review three gateway-monument design concepts from consultant Westwood, discuss proposed changes to governance of the Tomball Hospital Authority/Regional Health Foundation and vet several charter amendment topics including a proposed quorum change. Council approved routine consent items, directed staff to draft charter ballot language and tabled appointments to the Regional Health Foundation pending legal review.
