Westminster City Council met Dec. 10, 2025. The council added a walk-on closed-session item, heard lengthy public comment on proposed street renamings and the Rose Center theater operator, approved several budget and contract items (including a $55,268 design contract for a Little Saigon archway), introduced zoning code amendments, and directed staff to collaborate with Sylvia Mendez on how the city should honor her.
