West Fargo City Commission met on November 17 to handle routine business and several major items: it approved the West 94 area transportation plan, voted to deny the engineer's report and stop work on the Rivers Bend multiuse path and pedestrian bridge after public objections over trees and safety, approved two improvement-district items, authorized an RFP for a new ERP system, and updated employee leave policies.
