Raleigh City Council met Dec. 2, 2025. The mayor opened with an update on the Raleigh Convention Center fire; the council approved consent items and several policy changes including a tax-increment reimbursement policy, revisions to the residential permit parking program, rollout of an enhanced Raleigh Engagement Network, set multiple planning public hearings, accepted the citys annual financial report, and approved a rezoning at 1602 Gorman Street.
