At the Dec. 2, 2025 Waupaca Common Council meeting the council heard a public presentation about installing a ‘safe-haven’ baby box and voted to approve a set of airport lot leases, two resolutions (garbage/recycling rates and Knowles-Nelson stewardship support), an amendment to a development agreement with Tycor, several appointments and routine administrative items before moving into a closed session on an employment matter.
