Colorado Water Conservation Board Water Conditions Monitoring Committee heard presentations from the Colorado Climate Center and NRCS showing an abnormally warm, drier-than-normal water year overall, severe drought developing on the West Slope, wildfire and post-fire flood risks, and short-term monsoon precipitation likely to provide limited relief.
