The Yuba City Planning Commission held a regular meeting in council chambers, heard a presentation and public hearing on a use permit for an 81-foot monopine cell tower at the Yuba Sutter Food Bank (760 Stafford Way) and approved the use permit and related mitigated negative declaration; staff also updated the commission on upcoming agenda items and a Merriment Village groundbreaking.
