The Sheboygan Common Council held its 18th regular meeting: approved consent items and several ordinances, heard public comment on marina, parking and a right-of-way vacation, adopted a resolution vacating a portion of North Franklin Street adjoining Harbour Lights, and approved an ordinance enabling use of special charges and loan security for lead service line replacement programs.
