Saint Joseph County Council held a lengthy meeting to consider a set of routine budget and salary ordinances (all approved unanimously) and a high-profile rezoning request for a proposed West Saint Joseph County data center campus; the data-center public hearing included technical presentations on water, power and written commitments but the council did not take a final vote tonight.
