St. Joseph County commissioners on Dec. 1, 2025, amended the agenda to add a resurfacing bid opening, accepted two resurfacing bids for engineering review, and approved a series of routine vendor contracts, change orders and operational purchases including health-plan vendors, a courthouse roof timeline extension, plaza winterization work, and a new 911 scheduling system.
