Grand Island advisory-board members met virtually to review coastal/view-shed and creek projects, including a blended invasive-species/view-shed application and a combined dock/creek application; the board asked for clearer, separate applications, requested a hydrologic study and tabled the creek/dock item pending more detail, and spent substantial time on advisory-board communication and process improvements.
