Chair Kurt Beckett called the Nov. 19, 2025 virtual meeting to order, conducted roll call; quorum confirmed. Multiple state agencies and local project representatives were recorded present (Commerce absent).
The Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council (FSEC) met virtually Nov. 19, 2025. The council approved issuance of an NPDES permit for the Grays Harbor Energy Center, granted a one-year extension for the Hop Hill (Hopkel) solar application with staff directed to review an additional 2,900 acres, and adopted amendments to Policy 16-01 delegating certain plan approvals to the FSEC director. Several project operational updates and a Wild Horse turbine collapse and cleanup update were also provided.
