The Monroe County Board of Zoning Appeals held a special meeting to consider written findings of fact and conclusions for two variance dockets (VAR-25-48A and VAR-25-48B) related to William J. Huff and Nicole E. Huff. After editorial corrections and adding a statement that the BZA does not enforce private agreements, the board adopted the findings 4-0 and adjourned.
