Layton City Council on Nov. 20, 2025 reauthorized the RAMP (recreation, arts, museum, and parks) sales tax after a 75% voter approval, adopted a sewer impact fee facilities plan and fee schedule, added a water use and preservation element to the general plan, and heard a major presentation about taking over and metering portions of the Davis Weaver secondary water system (state grant funding supports metering).
