City Council approved an addendum to the Villaburano area plan EIR and three entitlements for the Northpointe at Regency Park subdivision and authorized a sewer reimbursement agreement; the council also directed staff to pursue a tiny-shelter village as the preferred emergency-shelter option and to seek grant funding and return with location and funding details in January.
