Appellate oral arguments considered three cases: De Oliveira v. La Lumiere over zoning/variance enforcement and whether absence of a BOH hearing permits certiorari/mandamus; CMJ Management v. Rodensky over HUD definitions of 'guest' and eviction; and Ernst v. Baker over the scope of an accepted Rule 68 offer of judgment and prejudgment/postjudgment interest. The court took all matters under advisement.
