Montcalm County Board of Commissioners met Dec. 15, 2025. The board approved routine business (agenda, minutes, consent items), authorized the chair to sign opioid-settlement and marijuana-fund distribution agreements, approved updated expenditure procedures and five warrant reports totaling $2,836,572.87, formed a committee to draft a parks ordinance for March implementation, and moved to a closed session to discuss an attorney-client legal opinion.
