Reno County Commission met for its regular session, approved year-end fund transfers and appointments, heard annual reports from the county clerk and treasurer, and approved a memorandum of understanding with the cities of Hutchinson and South Hutchinson and Evergy to pause annexation of a project site until construction is complete.
