The Keene Zoning Board of Adjustment considered two land-use items: a request to extend a 2023 special-exception permitting a pickup-only drive-through at 147 Main Street, which passed 4–1 with a no-exterior-order-board condition, and a variance to permit an agricultural driveway slope up to 19% at 509 Hurricane Road, which passed unanimously. The board also reviewed proposed procedural rule changes to be voted on in December.
