Dearborn County Board of Commissioners held a public hearing on a petition to vacate a segment of an historic right-of-way (referred to as Old Dog/Gold Bridal Road). After testimony from landowners, neighbors and attorneys, commissioners moved to deny the vacation; the meeting continued with routine new-business items and board appointments.
