The Historic Zoning Commission heard consent items and staff reports, approved several preservation permits and two infill/addition projects, received a landmark report on the Merritt House and recommended historic designation, and after an extended public hearing recommended a Green Hills East neighborhood conservation overlay be forwarded to the planning commission and Metro Council.
