The Vermillion City Council on Dec. 15, 2025 approved a package of routine and substantive items including rezoning of a parcel at Highway 50 and Princeton, a 2025 supplemental budget ordinance, a $600,000 payment authorization toward the Clay County law enforcement center, purchase agreements for light-and-power equipment, and several fee and procurement resolutions.
