Bristol, Tennessee City Council met Dec. 2, 2025. Council heard public comment opposing industrial rezoning adjacent to homes, considered zoning amendments to increase buffers in M2 industrial areas, approved several ordinances and resolutions (including a rooster restriction, a brownfields grant and consultant contracts), and approved a resolution preserving the city's option to reimburse waterworks expenses from future bonds.
