Chairman opened the meeting, noted the date and weather, presented the consent agenda, and allowed staff to add Resolution 2025-05 (moratorium extension) to new business for consideration at the end of the meeting. Commissioner moved to amend the agenda to add the resolution; motion adopted.
December 1 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting for the City of Fairhope: the commission handled multiple site-plan reviews and subdivision plats, recommended approval of several commercial projects (with landscaping and lighting conditions), opened a lengthy public hearing on the proposed Fairhope Boarding House (site plan + multiple-occupancy project) and, with the applicants consent, tabled that MOP and site plan to January 2026, approved Harvest Green West Phase 2 and Dredstone Woods preliminary plat, and acknowledged a city council moratorium extension.
