The Carroll County Board of Supervisors certified a recent closed session, approved routine business including minutes, consent calendar, invoices and quarterly appropriations, heard a request from the voter registrar to permanently relocate two polling places for ADA and safety reasons, approved reappointments to boards and committees, and approved annual community center and nonprofit grants.
