Lake Forest Park City Council on Dec. 11 approved buying four speed-alert trailers, accepted speed and equity studies for State Routes 522 and 104 and authorized administration to begin implementation with conditions; the council also adopted a mid-biennial budget amendment including court staffing changes and approved several interlocal and contract updates.
