Belleville City Council met Dec. 15, 2025. The council heard public comment including objections to past rezoning and a nearby Casey’s proposal, approved multiple reappointments and hiring actions, advanced several finance and streets/grades items (including a tax levy, truck purchase and cemetery repairs), approved a site plan for Casey’s with conditions, and approved routine permits and resolutions.
