The Knox County Ethics Committee held a special session to form a subcommittee to review and recommend updates to the county code of ethics after a request from Commissioner Frasier; the committee named Mike Biddle chair, set membership and preliminary scheduling, and asked the law department to provide legal guidance on open-meetings compliance and voting/discipline limits.
