Douglas County Board of Commissioners amended an earlier eminent-domain resolution to expand legal descriptions and proposed acquisitions tied to the Mueller Parkway project after a multi-hour hearing involving county staff, Park Ranch Holdings and many public commenters. The board approved the amended resolution unanimously and directed continued negotiations.
