Harney County Court held a three-hour session on Dec. 17, 2025 covering minutes approval, a lengthy public comment and community proposal on Stancliff Lane flood mitigation, veteran services update and housing, flood‑mitigation grants and planning, state and county budget outlooks, contested state water rules for the Kearney Basin, several resolutions and an authorization allowing the judge to sign a behavioral health services contract.
