The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Las Vegas met Dec. 17, 2025, and approved three redevelopment grants: a $25,000 Commercial Visual Improvement Program grant for White Whale at 111 S. Las Vegas Blvd., and two multifamily grants (up to $50,000 and $25,000) for the Star Motel rehabilitation at 1418 S. 3rd St. Agency members moved and passed each item by voice vote; there were no public commenters.
