The East Baton Rouge Parish School Board held a regular meeting Dec. 4 that included student and athletics recognitions, presentation of early-childhood performance ratings and concerns about limited publicly funded seats, a superintendent report and board evaluation remarks, and procedural items including approval of prior minutes and scheduling of expulsion appeals.
