Middletown Planning Commission met Dec. 10 to consider multiple development applications, including a major amendment to the Havenwood planned development, conditional-use requests for a place of worship and a used-car lot, a contested shared-housing application that was denied, and approval with waivers for an anaerobic-digester facility (Middletown 81). Several plats and routine items were also approved.
