The Holyoke City Finance Committee met Dec. 8, 2025, and approved a $250,000 Mass Clean Water Trust stormwater grant for preliminary design of CSO/Zone 7, approved several budget transfers including $50,000 for fire vehicle repair and supplies and a capital vehicle purchase for police, and returned a $100,000 crisis-relief article to the auditor. Committee members also discussed parts shortages affecting fire-apparatus repairs.
