The Carroll County Commission met in December to consider routine administrative business including payroll and line-item transfers, to ratify a three-year collective bargaining agreement for corrections staff, approve a finance software conversion, select a site and funding for a sheriff impound lot, and authorize replacement of campus security cameras for cybersecurity reasons.
