San Benito County Board of Supervisors held a regular meeting on Dec. 16, 2025. Major items included a first reading of zoning changes to implement the 6-cycle housing element (rezones of 12 parcels), several Williamson Act compatible-use approvals, a lengthy LAFCO presentation on regional wastewater options and a board motion opposing inclusion of a regional wastewater plant option in the MSR, initial action on a local campaign finance ordinance (first reading; continued to Jan.13), several consent approvals and a number of items continued or tabled for more review.
