Kenner City Council held a regular meeting with unanimous votes to renew two Rivertown leases, approve traffic and public-art ordinances, accept grants and contracts, and authorize several public-works change orders and purchases; the council heard presentations from planning and inspection staff and welcomed a new Rivertown business owner.
