The Improvement and Services Committee met Dec. 10, 2025 in Green Bay to approve the 2026 stormwater and sanitary sewer rates and a package of Public Works purchases and contracts, and to hear a director report on snow operations and leaf pickup. Several procurement items and state project agreements were approved for council consideration.
