The City of Punta Gorda General Employees Retirement System board met for its quarterly session, approved minutes and consent items, accepted an actuarial valuation (setting the assumed rate of return at 6.5%), adopted revised investment targets and related manager changes, approved a $5,000/month administrator retainer, discussed the member portal rollout, and scheduled the next meeting for March 19.
